Comprehensive medical examination flow
From reservation upto the day before examination day

- Reservation
- A reservation is required to visit our clinic. Please make a booking by phone at least one week prior to the day you wish to visit.

- Sending your medical examination guide pack
- We will send you the guide pack about your medical examination by mail 1 week before the scheduled examination date. If you do not receive this pack 1 week before the examination, please contact our clinic.

- Preliminary questionnaire
- Please fill out the questionnaire approximatelly 5 days prior to the scheduled examination date. Please contact our clinic if you have any questions.
On the day of your medical examination

- On your examination day

Please fill in the various documents and collect samples prior to the reservation time. Please refer to the examination guide sent in advance for precautions regarding your examination. Bringing your own examination clothes are not required as we will provide them at the clinic.

- About the examination clothes

We have examination clothes at our clinic for all our patients especially for ladies to make more comfortable.
We use 100% thich soft touch flat polyester material which is not see through.
We can also provide blankets, please feel free to ask.

- Payment
- Please pay at the reception. Please contact us any concern about your payment. We accept credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners, Discover, UnionPay) as well as cash.
After your medical examination

- Result report
- After the examination is completed, we will send you "a comprehensive medical examination result report" including the comprehensive evaluation results as well as the contents explained on the day, about 3 to 4 weeks after the examination date.

- Follow up
- We will explain the results at a later date on request for those who have undergone a complete medical examination or health checkup at our clinic. We will also refer you to various medical institutions in case that you need a further examination or treatment from the result of your examination.
*Some medical institutions may ask for a medical information form (referral letter) with a personal details or image data. Please contact our clinic if you require.
